Privacy Policy

Last updated 3 August 2026

MERE is developing NODI. This page describes what happens to the information you give us when you join the NODI waitlist. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

What we collect

If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you enter. You may optionally tell us your first name, what best describes you, and what interests you most about NODI.

We also record basic, non-identifying context about the visit: which page you landed on, where you arrived from, any campaign parameters in the link you followed, and whether you were on a phone or a computer. This tells us which channels are worth our time.

What we do not collect

Why we collect it

Your email is used for four things and nothing else:

We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Who processes it

Waitlist addresses are stored with a third-party email service provider so we can send you those updates. Website traffic is measured with a privacy-conscious analytics tool. Both act only on our instructions. We will name them here as soon as the stack is final.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist has served its purpose and we close it. Whichever comes first.

Unsubscribing and deletion

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. To have your data deleted entirely, reply to any email from us and ask. We will confirm when it is done.

Cookies

This page does not use advertising cookies and does not run cross-site trackers. It stores two small values in your own browser: your light or dark theme preference, and a note that you already joined the waitlist so you are not asked twice. Neither leaves your device. Campaign parameters from the link you followed are held for the length of the visit only.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the information we hold about you, and to object to how we use it. Ask us and we will act on it. We will not make you fill in a form to exercise a right.

Changes

MERE is early, so this policy will get more specific over time. If we change it in a way that affects you materially, we will say so in an email rather than quietly editing this page.
