Everything shown here, including renders, materials, colours, the face, and any described behaviour, reflects work in progress. It is not a specification and not a promise. The final product may differ in appearance, capability, and name.
The waitlist is not an order
Joining the waitlist does not reserve a unit, does not create a contract, does not require payment, and does not guarantee you will be offered one. No price has been announced. No release date has been announced. No shipping region has been announced.
Using the site
You may read, link to, and share this page freely. Please do not attempt to disrupt the site, submit other people's email addresses, or use automated tools to submit the form.
Ownership
The MERE and NODI names, the Presence Mark, the wordmark, the product design, the renders, and the text on this site belong to us. Please ask before reusing them commercially.
No warranty, and limits on liability
This website is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product takes shape. The date at the top tells you when they last changed.
